ATTENTION MOORING HOLDERS:
As the new Harbormaster for the Town of Richmond I would like to meet with you personally and go over the town ordinance and guidelines pertaining to the harbor and your mooring, fill in and expand on information not included on the formal application. As such, the process for accepting mooring applications this year will be to come into the town office and meet with me. During the month of April, I will be at the town office Thursdays from 2:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. Please come in during those hours with your mooring application fully completed. If you cannot come in during that time period please leave a message for me at the Richmond Town Office and I will contact you to set up an appointment at a mutually convenient time.
Please be aware that all mooring fees are due by May 31st. The fee this year is $20.00 for Richmond Residents and $40.00 for Non-Residents. Fees and applications will not be accepted without a conferece with the Harbormaster.
