Land Use Ordinance Board

Welcome to the Land Use Ordinance Review Committee Page!

The Richmond Land Use Ordinance Review Committee is comprised of appointed residents, a representative of the Select-board, a representative of the Planning Board and the Code Enforcement Officer. Their duty is to review and propose amendments to the Richmond Land Use Ordinance so that the ordinance is easy to use, comprehend and does reflect the goals of the Richmond Comprehensive Plan. The Committee meets every other Wednesday at 5:30 PM at the Richmond Town Office.
