Welcome to the Appeals Board Page!

The Appeals Board is an appointed board that reviews an administrative appeal on  a decision of the code enforcement office or planning board on the basis that there is an error in an order, requirement, decision or determination of the code enforcement officer or planning board that may be modified or reversed. The Appeals Board also reviews any variance allowing a relaxation in the terms of the Land Use Ordinance  when a resident believes that the enforcement of the terms of the Ordinance will result in undue hardship.
